“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to renouka.com, accessible from https://renouka.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Return
Even though we try our absolute best while fulfilling your orders, if you are not satisfied with the order, you can initiate a Return request. For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the product has damage, or fault at the time of arrival.
In case of damage, please provide us with video evidence on our email and our customer services team will get back to you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Further instructions will shared by our team after you reach out to us. Expenses of return shall be borne by us to show our regret and we can either provide you a money refund, or store credit of the same value after we receive the product. The refund will be credited to your account within 3 – 5 business days.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
